The New Providence Lions Club will be holding an Easter “Car Parade”, as an alternative to its annual Easter Egg Hunt, on Saturday, March 27, 2021 between 9:30 – 10:30 AM, in the main parking lot of the New Providence Community Pool, located at Springfield Avenue and Ridgeview Avenue in New Providence. It is intended for New Providence residents’ and their children from Age3 (Pre-K) through 8 (Second Graders).

To ease queuing and traffic, we ask that families arrive to enter the Community Pool under the direction of the NPPD in these time slots:
Once inside the lot, families will view exhibits by our Borough’s first responders (NP Police, Fire and Rescue Squad), educators from our schools, elected officials, and Mr. and Ms. Easter Bunny!. The NP Lions will give out gift bags and balloons to our town’s children. Parents are asked to encourage their children to provide artwork of Easter Eggs, bunnies or other Spring scenes – Templates for these may be found here which the Lions will collect, scan and post on this website following the event.
